Opened just six months ago to honor his mum’s wishes, Ricky has successfully created a space that bridges Sardinian and Asian cultures.

The restaurant has a fun and friendly atmosphere, and when we asked Ricky what contributed to its success, he said:

“We got to where we are as a team. This experience has changed me deeply. I’m Sardinian but I am also proud to showcase my Asian heritage.”

The menu beautifully reflects Ricky’s message, featuring dishes such as Pad Thai, Bibimbap, and Gyoza. The star of the night was the Fried Beef Gyoza — delicate and light, with an umami explosion of flavor.
