Step into Europe at this new, up-and-coming Scandinavian-inspired coffee shop. Opened just over a year ago, David and the team run a trendy little family operation, sourcing their coffee from Denmark and Paris to deliver the smoothest, most delightful flat white we’ve had in ages. A complimentary taste of their in-house roasted coffee infused with coconut was a wacky — as they described it themselves — yet delicious twist on ordinary filtered coffee. The chilled, funky music pairs well with the clean Scandinavian décor, making Gather a little European oasis outside of Europe.
