This small, unassuming restaurant, on the top floor of a generic building, will deliver some of the best Vietnamese food this side of Asia. <strong>Ha Noi Pho<\/strong> prides itself in offering traditional dishes from various regions of Vietnam, through which the friendly staff will guide you. Prices range from \u00a310 to \u00a320, and the portions are very generous.<\/p>\n<p>We highly recommend number 58: Duck Hot Pan and number 48: Hanoi style vermicelli with grilled pork and pork patties.
